Kim Prather is a Rossville parent, adoptive mother, and community advocate with a passion for supporting students and strengthening public education.

As the mother of ten children, Kim has experienced many aspects of the educational system, including special education services, gifted and high-achieving students, extracurricular activities, and the unique challenges faced by families raising children with diverse needs.

Throughout her life, Kim has worked alongside children and families facing difficult circumstances, helping them navigate challenges and connect with needed resources. These experiences have reinforced her belief that strong schools are built through collaboration between students, parents, teachers, staff, and the community.

Kim is running for Rossville School Board because she believes every decision should be guided by one simple principle:
